HELMET
Only the great warriors and leaders were allowed to wear an elaborate helmet (kabuto) during the feudal days of Japan. They are now presented to boys and men so that they may become prominent and successful. It is a significant item on Boy's Day. Also given when boys are born. The helmet has 16 folds.
